My Three Customer Rules to a Service Provider

Rule #1. Deliver what and when you promise.

Rule #2. If you are unable to comply with rule#1, communicate as early and honestly why the delivery did not occur as promised.

Rule#3 If you don’t or can’t comply with rules 1 and 2, you are not eligible to continue as my service provider and I will seek better alternatives.
